Ordering & Sizing

How do I choose the right size?
Sizing depends on the product you choose. For our Sofa Covers, carefully measure the area you would like to cover and allow approximately 4–5 inches (10–13 cm) of extra fabric for tucking and arranging.

For our Sofa Toppers, measure only the width and depth of your seating area. There is no need to add extra inches.

What should I do if I’m between two sizes?
For Sofa Covers, we generally recommend choosing the larger size. A little extra fabric makes it easier to tuck the cover between cushions and achieve a more relaxed, finished look.

What should I order for an L-shaped or U-shaped sectional?
For L-shaped sofas, we generally recommend 2 separate covers. For U-shaped sofas, we generally recommend 3 covers.

For Sofa Toppers, measure each seating section individually and combine toppers as needed.

Do you offer custom sizes?
Yes. Custom sizing is available for selected products. If you cannot find the size you need, send us your measurements through our website chat and we'll be happy to help.

What are your products made from?
We offer several collections designed for different needs and lifestyles.

Our range includes 100% cotton Cloud-Like Muslin Covers, 100% cotton Waffle Covers, cotton-linen blends, Teddy Sofa Toppers, and easy-care polyester options.

Please check the Materials & Care section on each product page for the exact composition.

Which collection is the softest?
For an airy, naturally soft feel, we recommend our Cloud-Like Muslin Collection, crafted from 100% premium cotton.

For a warmer, plush experience with additional cushioning, our Teddy Sofa Toppers are an excellent choice.

Which products are best for homes with pets?
For homes with dogs and cats, we especially recommend our Teddy Sofa Toppers and Easy-Care Polyester Toppers.

Our Linen Sofa Covers and Linen Sofa Toppers are also a great option thanks to their more tightly woven surface.

Muslin and Waffle fabrics have more open, textured weaves and may be more susceptible to snagging from claws, so we don't generally recommend them for pets that scratch or dig at furniture.

Are your products waterproof?
Unless specifically stated on the individual product page, our textile products should not be considered waterproof. They provide an additional protective layer against everyday use but are not designed as waterproof barriers.

Will the color look exactly the same as my screen?
We make every effort to photograph our products accurately. However, slight differences may occur because of screen settings, lighting conditions, and the natural characteristics of textured fabrics.

Washing & Care

Are your products machine washable?
Yes. Our sofa covers and toppers are designed with everyday living in mind.

Most products can be machine washed at 30°C / 86°F on a gentle cycle. Always check the care instructions for your specific collection before washing.

Can I tumble dry my Sofa Cover?
Our Muslin and Waffle Sofa Covers can be tumble dried using a low heat or delicate setting.

For larger covers, we recommend periodically stopping the dryer, shaking out the fabric, and repositioning it to promote even drying.

Can Sofa Toppers go in the dryer?
We do not recommend tumble drying our padded Sofa Toppers.

After washing, hang or air dry them completely. This helps preserve the filling, shape, texture, and comfort of the topper.

Will my product shrink after washing?
Our fabrics are selected and prepared with everyday care in mind, and applicable collections are prewashed to help minimize additional shrinkage.

Following the recommended washing and drying instructions will help maintain the product's original appearance and dimensions.

Can I iron my Sofa Cover?
We generally do not recommend ironing our naturally textured fabrics.

The relaxed crinkles and texture of fabrics such as muslin and linen are part of their natural appearance.

How long does it take to prepare my order?
Most orders are prepared and shipped within approximately 1–2 business days.

Certain custom or made-to-order products may require additional preparation time.

How long does shipping take?
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within approximately 2–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier or weather-related delays.

Which shipping carriers do you use?
Depending on your order and destination, we work with FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Can I return my order?
Yes. Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and free from stains, pet hair, odors, or damage.

Custom-made or personalized items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been delivered and inspected, eligible refunds are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us through our website chat as soon as possible. If possible, include your order number and photos of the item, and our team will help resolve the issue.
