Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident and happy with every Sofa Atelier purchase. If your order isn’t quite right for your home, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and free from stains, pet hair, odors, or damage.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and return request. Our team will provide you with the necessary return instructions.

Please note that custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return has been delivered to us, we will inspect the item and process eligible refunds within 1–3 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll be happy to review the issue and make it right.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
